Your customer service is great, very professional and helpful and you appear to actually care that the customer is happy with the end product. I am very pleased that you phoned and gave me the option to purchase the valves, though they are pricey they look really good and match the radiator extremely well. The £20 chrome ones that the plumber was going to use really would have spoilt the look.
